1.1 You may request a return within 14 days of receipt. Items must be unused and in original sealed packaging. (Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used dietary supplements are not eligible for non-defective returns.)
1.2 In the event of a quality issue, please contact customer service for assistance. Return shipping costs for defective items will be reimbursed.
2. Refund Process
2.1 After receiving and inspecting the returned goods, we will process your refund via the original payment method within 7 business days.
2.2 If your payment method does not support original refunds, we will contact you via our official email at support@easytonelab.com to arrange an alternative refund method.
3. Non-refundable Items
3.1 Custom goods, sale items, and used/opened products (for non-quality reasons) are not eligible for return.
3.2 Disclaimer: Individual results may vary with dietary supplements. "Lack of desired effects" due to personal physique is not considered a product quality defect.
4. Special Notes
4.1 For non-quality-related returns, the buyer is responsible for shipping.
4.2 Repeated abuse of the return policy may lead to service refusal.
4.3 Buyers are advised to use traceable logistics; return risks are borne by the customer.

Warranty and After-sales Service Policy
1. Warranty Period and Scope
1.1 All Easytone-branded products are covered by a 36-month (3-year) Quality assurance period starting from the manufacturing date. Coverage includes quality issues (e.g., spoilage, leakage, odor, mold) that occur within the labeled shelf life, caused by raw material purity, manufacturing processes, or sealing defects.
1.2 This service is limited to genuine products purchased through the easytone official website (www.easytonelab.com) or authorized channels.
2. Exclusions
2.1 The following situations are not covered by the Quality Assurance policy:
Expired Products: Products used beyond the labeled expiration date.
Improper Storage: Product deterioration caused by improper storage conditions (e.g., exposure to high heat, direct sunlight, humidity, freezing, or unrefrigerated environments).
Tampering: The outer packaging (bottle, cap, or security seal) has been opened, damaged, or tampered with by the consumer.
Subjective Experience: Unsatisfactory experience due to individual physical differences (refer to Special Note 4.2).
Label Alteration: Loss or alteration of the product serial number, batch code, or label.
Unverified Purchase: Missing order information or failure to verify the product as a genuine item purchased from official channels.
3. After-sales Procedure
3.1 If the product has quality issues and requires repair or replacement, please submit the following documents within the warranty period to our official after-sales email (support@easytonelab.com):
Order details (order number, purchase channel, etc.)
Product photos or videos clearly showing the entire issue
Problem description and contact information
3.2 We will respond within 2 working days after receiving complete information and guide you through the return, replacement, or resend process. If a quality defect is confirmed, we will cover the associated shipping costs.
4. Special Notes
4.1 Quality assurance is limited to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
4.2 Results Disclaimer: The effectiveness of dietary supplements varies from person to person, influenced by age, genetics, lifestyle, and health status. “Lack of desired effects” or “intolerance” due to individual physical differences does not constitute a product quality defect and is not covered by return/exchange policies.
4.3 In case of damage during transportation, please contact after-sales within 48 hours of receipt, providing photos of the packaging and damage evidence. Late notification is regarded as acceptance of the product in good condition.
